Free shipping and returns on orders over R999. 
R100 flat rate shipping on orders under R999 

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) option

Should you require to pay via EFT please first make use of the EFT option using Pay Fast. Follow the instructions from the checkout page.

If you are having trouble with the payment gateway we can invoice you for an order for an EFT payment

If we have not received your Proof Of Payment within the the 1st hour , we will unfortunately have to CANCEL your order. 
Only once we receive your Proof Of Payment will we then process your order for shipping. Your payment reference MUST state your order number followed by your name. Example: #0001 John.

Expected shipping times

We ship daily, Monday to Friday. Depending on your location it may take 1-5 working days to reach your door, of course we will do our best to get it to you as quick as possible. Shortly after you have placed you order, you will be sent a email providing order details & tracking number. If you are in Cape Town, you can always collect at Boardhub Store, 309 Long Street.  Western Cape Deliveries are handled by Dawn Wing and Nation Wide deliveries are handled by RAM couriers.

Track Your Order

If you have not received a tracking number for your order within 3 days of submitting your order, please email support@boardhub.co.za, making your order number the email subject. 

 
Receiving the goods

Its Your responsibility to be present at the notified time of delivery, the package needs to be signed for, if you miss the delivery time it is your responsibility to contact the carrier for the location of your package using the tracking number sent to shortly after checking out. You will not be refunded for any undelivered packages if a delivery was attempted. Don’t forget, we are here to help so if your ever uncertain, contact : support@boardhub.co.za, or call during operating hours and we will be happy assist.

 
Return Policy

Not what you want?
If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, your are welcome to return it to boardhub within 10 days of receiving it for a full refund (excluding shipping costs, and free shipping does not apply) . The item you wish to return must be unused, unopened, undamaged and accompanied by a invoice. Worn merchandise will not be accepted. You will need to pay for the return.


Defective items?
Our products are checked before leaving, however If you find a problem with you equipment, we need to know within 12hours of receiving the goods. Goods can be returned and once inspected and declared undamaged or defective, we will issue you a refund within 7 workings days. Refunds must include a copy of the original invoice and reason for the return. Return Address:

Product Warranty

Boardhub, as a retailer does not offer warranty on the products we sell, but will assist and act on behalf of as a company that represents the brand. Should you experience a product defect, be sure to send a detailed explanation, along with 3-4 pictures to support@boardhub.co.za. We will send on the information to the relevant suppliers and help facilitate the warranty. We also encourage you to make direct contact with the supplier, be sure to keep your invoice for details.

 

Liability

Boadhub is not responsible for the safety of the products we sell. We take no liability for the proucts, by purchasing through boardhub you assume all risk, responsibility and liability of any product ensuing loss or damage to person or property.
