Shipping & Delivery
What are my delivery options?
Boardhub offers 2 convenient methods of delivery:
- Courier - We deliver directly to your home or office anywhere in South Africa. Tracking details are supplied to you via email as soon as the courier has collected your order. From there you know that your order is on its way.
- Collect – You can choose to collect from our Cape Town store. Collection hours: Monday to Saturday 10h00 – 17h00 (excluding public holidays)
What will delivery cost me?
- We offer Free Delivery on all orders totalling R1000 or more at checkout.
- We charge a flat rate of R100 for orders totalling less than R1000
How do I track my order?
- We use Xtrasmile Couriers for all our online orders. You will receive an email notifying you that the courier has collect your order attached with a tracking/waybill number. Please visit the Xtrasmile website with your tracking/waybill number on hand to track your order https://www.xtrasmile.co.za
When do I get it?
- The delivery time may vary depending on your location.
- We ship out products Monday to Friday at 3pm.
- Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the following day.
- Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.
- Orders placed on a Public Holiday will be shipped on the next working day.
