Exchanges & Returns

We want happy Boardhub costumers. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair / replace it, or issue you with a Gift Card for the value of the product, subject to the below terms. 

Not what you want?

  • If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, your are welcome to return it to us within 10 days of receiving it. Only defective products may be returned thereafter.
  • You will have the option of exchanging the product or be credited with a Gift Card for the same value. 
  • Sale items cannot be refunded. 
  • If you wish to return a product it must be undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached; it is not missing any accessories or parts

Want to exchange?

  • Fashion and sportswear products can be exchanged for a different size or colour variation, provided that such variation is available.
  • Sale items can only be exchanged for a variation of the same sale item. If such a variation is not available, we will credit you with a gift card for the same value.

We are entitled to inspect the product to validate your return. Please email support@boardhub.co.za with your query.

 

  • You are responsible for packing the return product safely & securely to ensure against damage in transit. Please include the order number in the parcel so that we can easily identify your return.

 

Defective items? 

  • The definition of a defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product and is unfit for it's intended use.
  • Our products are checked before leaving, however If you find a problem with your product, we need to know within 7 days of receiving the goods.
  • Depending on the product we will either replace or credit you with a Gift Card with the value of the product.
  • Goods can be returned and once inspected and declared undamaged or defective, we will issue you a refund within 7 workings days. Refunds must include a copy of the original invoice and reason for the return.

Not what you ordered?

  • If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, or if the product is not as described on the Website, please notify us and we will collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available); or credit you with a Gift Card with the purchase price of the product.

Were your products damaged on delivery?

  • Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us within 7 days of such delivery / collection by emailing support@boardhub.co.za 
  • We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice repair / replace the product as soon as possible (if such repair is possible/ we have the same product in stock to use as a replacement) or credit you with a Gift Card with the purchase price of the product.
